The First One!

Hello!

So I’ve been having a really hard time trying to figure out what to do as my first post… like, a REALLY hard time. It shouldn’t be such a big deal, but it kinda feels like it is, you know? I’m going to be traveling for most of December, and I decided to use my trip to Asia this winter as a jumping off point. I’ll be going to quite a few places in South East Asia (Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Laos), and a wedding in Taiwan.

In the next few weeks I’ll be chronicling the step-by-steps of the trip. Preparing for it, how I decide what to bring, what beauty and skincare products I’ll be packing…and of course sharing the details of the trip as it goes. I’ll try and keep you guys up to date not only on what I’ve been doing, but also recommendations on places to stay, eat, and activities to do in case you ever decide to go to any of these places yourselves. I might try and throw in a couple outfits of the day, tips on what to wear, and skincare recommendations for the changing weather (and all the time spent on an airplane!). This is my first venture into the world of blogging, so let’s see how it goes!

Also, beyond documenting what I’ll be doing, I want these posts to be helpful for fellow travelers, so let me know if there’s anything in particular you’re curious about or anything you want any tips about!

Oh, and PS, I’m working on the blog design/layout. Please bear with me!

  1. Good luck on your travels. If you get the chance, Eat by the railway tracks in Hanoi, visit the national park in Sukhothai, chill in Vientiane for a few days, and disappear in Koh Phayam and Railay Bay!

I am, as you can probably tell, really jealous.
